Proficient in English (B2 CEFR or higher) and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
At least 5 years of team management experience in a BPO/contact centre, preferably e-commerce related.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Willing to work on-site at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
