Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Project Manager

with a strong background in mixed-development projects. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience and possess the technical leadership required to manage the full lifecycle of sub-structural and superstructural works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

Lead the site execution team in managing CSA works for high-rise/mixed-development projects, from piling/basement (sub-structure) through to topping out and finishing (super-structure).

Site Management:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring strict adherence to the master work program, method statements, and safety regulations.

Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical discrepancies and site conflicts.

Quality Control:

Enforce QA/QC standards (e.g., CONQUAS/QLASSIC requirements) and manage strict material inspections and workmanship quality.

Cost & Contract:

Monitor project progress against the budget, verify progress claims, and assist in the evaluation of variation orders (VO).

Reporting:

Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting critical path issues and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Experience:

8 to 12 years of working experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in

mixed-development projects

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of sub-structural (piling, basement, diaphragm walls) and superstructural (high-rise framing, RC works) construction methods.

Skills:

Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Availability:

Must be willing to work in the

Klang Valley

Candidates with a

1-month notice period

or immediate availability are highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
