Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: CSA Technician (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Your Responsibilities Supervise and monitor building defects and rectification works. Ensure sufficient and planned prevention maintenance work. To monitor sub- contractors\' activity during construction period, including move-in, installation and commissioning. Improve personal accomplishment and professional quality, and cooperate with the team leader to build a harmonious team. Ensure the safety, health & environmental compliances. To be responsible to lead and manage assigned work packages. Active of the daily preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning. Other Job assignment from superior. Your Profile Diploma\'s in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of relevant codes and operation regulations. Capability to focus on complex problems. Good English Language proficiency: written & spoken. Good stress management skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Proficiency in project management.
