Conduct research and analysis to support product development activities, including literature reviews, ingredient sourcing, and product testing.
Assist with the formulation and optimization of new products, including recipe development, product testing, and sensory evaluation.
Help to maintain and update testing kitchen equipment and facilities, including ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and performing routine maintenance and calibration.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure that new products meet customer needs and are aligned with company objectives.
Maintain accurate records of research and development activities, including experimental data, test results, and formulation information.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the RandD team.

Compulsory to have 6 months of experience with food and beverage product development.
