7+ Academy is a specialty learning centre focussed on helping international school students ace their exams in the IGCSE and IBDP. We are building a curriculum development team, and seeking Curriculum Developers who has solid experience in education curriculum for English, Math and Science subjects to join our dynamic team to strengthen our product line. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and review content for all subjects, including Mathematics, English, and Science subjects, ensuring alignment with IGCSE and International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• To plan, develop and design an engaging and effective curriculum and lesson plans for the respective grade levels, and/or improve on existing curriculum.
• To engage various stakeholders to understand needs and curriculum objectives.
• To coordinate the review of all curriculum to ensure that the programmes meet the scope and requirements of the current syllabus.
• To set and develop training programmes for educators and teachers implementing the curriculum.
• To work collaboratively with various departments for plan and generate creative content to market programmes and events.
• Plan and facilitate lessons, keeping track of students\xe2\x80\x99 progress.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or postgraduate degree from a reputable university in English or Maths or Science and Engineering subjects .
• 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of prior teaching experience.
• Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground-up.
• Able to work under pressure and is proactive.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication
• Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and possess a growth mindset.
• Willing to step out of the comfort zone. Eager to learn new things and personal development.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
