:

• Fully competent and to interact with custom declaration team, handle their daily requirement and coordinate & tackling issues by providing solution
• Managing custom declaration business for MY
• Focal contact as to manage VIP client & Global custom declaration & pre-alert query, escalations & issues.
• Work closely with VIP client key personnel, RO & program management team to ensure consistent performance
• Manage all our VIP Client\'s CM (7xCMs) for all custom declaration related, resolve issues & tackle escalations
• Operate for all VIP Client custom declaration pre-alert Management & Custom declaration.
• Responsible for VIP Client custom declaration monthly performance review, interact & engage directly with VIP Client & CM\'s key personnel.
• Responsible for custom declaration VIP Client clearance across MY, Fulfil VIP Client requirement \xe2\x80\x93 pre-alert weekly meeting & data dashboard enhancement.
• Manage and maintain relationship with VIP Client custom declaration team and CMs.
• Fronting customer, capability to build good customer rapport, constant follow up and discussion with Dyson to resolve service issues as meeting to expectation
• Committed and dedicated to support other assignments /task as critically required.
• Manage data/documents to assist in the preparation of import and export declarations.
• Expand knowledge of other roles within Operations in order to carry out custom declaration Roles
• Defines, enforces and monitors targets
• Implement procedures to ensure completion of regular internal operational audits relative to import & export clearance, cargo movement & reporting against customs regulatory standards & requirements.
• Committed and dedicated to support other assignments /task as critically required.
• To ensure compliance to customers and others relevant authorities and operating instructions.
• To ensure two ways communication with management level.
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.

Basic Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry and/or specialist in Custom Declaration.
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Logistics/Transportation/Business Management and any other relevant field is applicable.
• Technical Skill: Knowledgeable in Custom Declaration Process, Documentation, Excel
• Soft Skill: Communication, Detail Oriented, Email Management (e.g. Microsoft Outlook)
• It will be added advantage if candidate is experienced in using CargoWise (CW1) system.
