Lead and supervise the warehouse team in managing
import and export activities
efficiently. Address and resolveshipment delays, damages
, ordocumentation discrepancies
. Monitor and supportstaff and outsource vendors
, especially duringpeak operational hours
. Track and analyze key performance indicators such ason-time departure
,retrieval
, andtransit performance
. Providedaily reports
on operational performance and escalate anycritical issues
to management. Coordinate withterminal operators
to resolve shipment-related issues. Conduct training sessions fornew hires and vendors
on import/export procedures and system usage.Requirements:
Proven experience in
warehouse or logistics operations
, preferably in a leadership role. Good understanding ofimport/export procedures
and documentation. Strongproblem-solving
andcommunication
skills. Willing to workflexible hours
, including weekends or peak periods if required.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
