Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, upsell services, and collaborate with the sales team.
• Proactively resolve client concerns to drive retention and loyalty.
• Advocate for clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and technical issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project execution and updates.
• Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and SLA management.
• Stay updated on company products to provide expert insights and training.
