Job Description


Job Requirement: Hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field. Preferably possess backend support working experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a related role. Open to both fresh graduates and experienced applicants entry-level discussions are possible based on previous experience. Previous experience in backend support, customer service, or related roles is highly preferred. Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and data. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
