Requirements
Customer Care Assistant
Have at least SRP / PMR / SPM / Certificate or Diploma
Have a pleasant personality and can communicate well
Have a strong interest in retail
Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
Applicants must be a Malaysian or Permanent Resident status
Able to work during Public Holiday, weekend and Festive season.
Responsibilities
Providing good service and friendly to customers
Ensure that each payment in accordance with the procedures set
Provide information on AEON Member Card
Ensure that complaints received by the customer can be handled properly
Responsible for the free exchange of goods and gifts
Must be attractive, energetic and positive behavior
