Handle customer enquiry via telephone, email and social media to provide information and assistance.
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
To perfome outbound calls to follow up on customers enquiries and to provide resolutions or update.
To provide accurate information and updates to consumers.
To capture and update the right information provided and obtained from customers onto the system.
Assist customer via online and offline in locating the desired to purchase the item.
Informing customers of any promotions to encourage the purchase and increase the sales.
Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of boutique items to provide advice and recommendations as needed
Multi tasking and detailed oriented person with great coordination skills.
Work well in team and independently.

Required Skills and Experiences:

Minimum Diploma/Degree holders with at least 1 year of administation or customer service experience
Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Personality \xe2\x80\x93 Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
Customer service skills \xe2\x80\x93 Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency
Analytical thinking \xe2\x80\x93 solving skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have basic knowledge in computer skills.
Can work well under pressure.
Can work IMMEDIATELY.
Applicants must be willing to work at Putra Heights, Subang Jaya (10-mins by walking from Putra Heights LRT Station)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
