Requirements
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Friendly and confident in handling customers
- Minimum 1 year experience in Contact Center / Customer Service
- Able to handle Postpaid & Fibre support
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge (mobile & fibre)
- Comfortable using digital tools (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT, etc.)
- Sales-driven (able to up-sell / cross-sell)
- Handle inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and promote Maxis products such as Home Fibre or plan upgrades.

- Contract: 2 years (renewable)
- Working Hours: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational shift)
- Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM3,400
