Job Description


Job Responsibility Promptly respond to customer inquiries and issues online. Assist customers in completing orders, handling payment problems, and tracking logistics information. Establish long-term customer relationships and enhance customer loyalty through positive communication and care. Job Requirements Positive attitude, willingness to learn. Open to all genders and ages. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but newcomers are welcome, including recent graduates. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written). Job Benifits Competitive salary and bonuses RM2,800 + Incentive Bonus (Monthly) = RM3,500 - RM4,000 ++
