Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone or email. Provide accurate product and service information. Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Relationship Development: Foster and maintain relationships with external customers. Effectively collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance and other cross-functional areas to ensure critical customer needs are met, such as expedites, accounts receivables, export compliance, etc. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex issues. Coordinate with other departments for timely resolution. Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved. Proactively identify, summarize, and verify potential issues through user feedback; pass on the problems to relevant departments for follow-up; or propose effective suggestions to assist in business optimization. Interpreting Policies: Understand and adhere to company policies, making informed decisions accordingly. Recommend changes to programs, policies, and procedures to better meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

SPM or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field. Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field, it is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients." Attend to any ad hoc assignments. Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil. Immediate start required. Working Days: 5 days a week, Monday till Friday. Working Hours: 10.00am till 7.00pm.
