Customer Care Executive

Job Description



Handle customer interactions -- act as liaison between customers and the company to address complaints professionally.

Monitor progress -- track status and resolution of customer issues; follow up for updates.

Manage the outlet environment -- ensure customer areas are clean, well-maintained, and inviting (comes with decorating for festive or promotional campaigns).

Appointment management & refreshments -- coordinate customer bookings and maintain refreshments availability.

Reporting & admin -- prepare weekly/monthly reports, handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, assist superiors.

Support outlet staff -- motivate and assist staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.

Job Requirements



Education: SPM / Diploma (Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Comm, Mechanical/Automotive occasionally acceptable)

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year in customer service or automotive industry is often considered an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken)

Pleasant, tactful personality; organized and able to multitask

Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, assertive with high confidentiality

Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
