Job Description
Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Damansara Uptown 5, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours/Days: Earliest shift starts at 8 AM, last ends at 7 PM - Rotating shift (based on schedule) / Monday - Saturday
Employment Type: 6-Months Contract Basic Salary: RM 2,650.00 s:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer requests, inquiries about package pick-up, and deliveries, promote and respond to questions products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction through incoming calls or emails.
- Solve customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems and complaints.
- Perform outbound calls as and when it is required for follow-up cases.
- SPM/Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service preferably in call centre.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, for both spoken and written.
- Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- MUST be able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
- Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport, able to work in Damansara Utama and start immediately.
- Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid19.
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Schedule:
