Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers.
Negotiate with customers by clearly explaining how the company's product services meet their specific needs, facilitating customer's decisions.
Preparing and sending quotation to customers via email.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed call logs and customer records for future reference and service improvement.
Proactively gather information on potential new customers to expand the client database and support business growth.
Job Requirements
1 year or less of experience in telemarketing / call centre / debt collector / customer service.
