As a

Customer Care Executive

, the employee will serve as a liaison to provide product and service information, and resolve any issues that customers may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold service standards by responding effectively to customer inquiries, managing challenging situations/customers, and ensuring prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality. Exceed customers' expectations in terms of service quality and accuracy of information. Identify and drive process improvements to ensure an excellent customer experience, timely service delivery, optimal productivity, and effective resource management. Sustain and enhance qualitative results while adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the unit, division, and company. Collaborate within the team to achieve target elements and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

Able to converse

fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum education: SPM/Diploma Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
