Job Description

Successful Customer Care Executives (CCE) are those that are hardworking, creative and energetic. A strong CCE has the ability to multi-task and works well in a team environment. Customer Care Executives are responsible for responding to all inbound chat, phone calls and email/chat inquiries in a mature and professional manner.

Job Information:



Office Work Arrangements 8-hour shift per day, 2 off days per week. Salary from RM2600 - RM2700 Performance Incentives and Medical Benefits. Travelling Allowance.

As the Customer Care Executive, we need you to...



Inbound Calls

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, orders, and account information. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary. o Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Outbound Calls

Conduct proactive follow-up calls for service feedback, appointment reminders, or pending issue resolutions. Execute targeted outreach campaigns for customer retention, win-back initiatives, and satisfaction surveys. Adhere to approved scripts, quality standards, and customer data privacy regulations during all outbound communications.
Live Chat Support

Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously via the company's live chat platform. Provide real-time support for website visitors, assisting with inquiries, transactions, and site navigation. Maintain a professional, friendly tone while aligning written communications with the company's brand voice.
Telemarketing & Sales

Initiate outbound calls to promote products, services, promotions, and upgrade offers. Identify customer needs through consultative questioning and recommend suitable solutions or add-ons. Meet or exceed assigned sales, conversion, and lead generation targets. Handle objections rofessionall and close sales effectivel while maintainin a high standard of customer care.
Perform any other duties as deemed necessary within the scope of a Customer Care Executive.

To become the Customer Care Executive, you should meet these requirements...



Language Proficiency: Fluent in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

(written and spoken) Minimum SPM/Certificate qualification Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya area. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Team player - a readiness to work as part of a team and support colleagues. Ability to multi-task and good time-management skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
