Job Responsibilities:
Handling inbound call and outbound call regarding Postpaid issue.
Assist customer in troubleshoot line issue
Walk customer thru product of company and promotion
Job Requirements:
SPM/Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a call center.
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Basic technical troubleshooting experience will be added advantages
Basic knowledge of digital tools and platform (E.g. WhatsApp, App, ChatBOT platform and etc)
Willing to perform up-sales/cross-selling during the call (not KPI)
