Position : Customer Care Executive Location : Shah Alam, Selangor Industry : Telecommunication Employment Type : 1-Year Contract ( renewable based on performance ) Working Hours/Days : Rotating shifts between 6.30 am - 2.00 am (9 hours shift) / 5 days including weekends + PH Salary package : RM 1,800 - RM 2,300 (Basic range) + RM 500 (Allowances) + Up to RM 1,250 Incentives + Overtime ( Average Total Salary: RM 2,850++ ) Benefits : Medical Insurance Free Staff Line Number Free Parking Paid Training (1-Month) s : To handle inbound calls & assist with customers\' inquiries/requests/complaints pertaining to the company products & services. Responsible for keeping abreast of product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, processes & technology content displays. Requirements : SPM/Diploma/Degree. Fresh Graduates Degree are encouraged to apply. Minimum 2 years of working experience in call centre/customer service. Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written). Pleasant personality & excellent interpersonal skills. MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays. Willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.
