Job Summary:

The Customer Care Officer is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service delivery, handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty within the automotive after-sales and service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service appointments, feedback, and inquiries. Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure timely and accurate communication to customers. Monitor and follow up on service jobs to ensure prompt completion and customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to the relevant department when necessary. Conduct post-service follow-up calls to measure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service reports. Assist in implementing customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives. Support sales and after-sales promotional activities when required. Ensure compliance with the company's customer service standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complaints tactfully and provide solutions in a timely manner. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Familiarity with vehicle service processes and basic technical knowledge. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Pleasant personality with a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.60 per month
