Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, social media and other channels.
Assist customers with Perodua-related queries and service requests.
Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.
Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.
Carry out all administrative tasks and any necessary follow-up work relating to CS
Ensure the facilities related to customers are maintain in good standard of housekeeping, cleanliness and in order at all times e.g. signage, customer lounge, kid's corner, refreshment, reading materials, customer's wash room, prayer room, decoration etc.
To perform any other assignment that relevant to the job OR any task that benefits the organization in general
Requirements
-Possess a Cert/ Diploma in Marketing/Business Admin/Mass Communication or other related field
-Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
-Tactful, organized and able to multitask
-Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
-Proactive and assertive
-Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
-Working experience 1 year( Preferred)
