We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as
Customer Care Officers
. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in customer service.No prior experience required - full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to verify information. Provide accurate information and support for customer inquiries. Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure documentation accuracy. Follow up with customers to resolve issues or complete verification processes.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided). Good communication skills. Ability to speak
Mandarin and English
