Assess our customers\' needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services. Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets. Navigate computer systems and applications to service our customers and enable them to get the most from our online and mobile platforms. Document necessary information, such as payment details, customer\'s change of details, change of address and travel notifications. Re-prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment. Minimum Qualifications Diploma or bachelor\'s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (verbal and written) Customer service experience with exceptional listening and relationship building skills. An open, flexible, and team-oriented personality Positive attitude and growth mindset, demonstrated through desire to learn and adapt. Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment. Proficient at multitasking and navigation with multiple systems.
