Job Description


Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a European multinational agriculture organization. Our esteemed client is looking out for a Customer Care Specialist to manage the import operations from Europe and USA to Malaysia or other Asian countries.

Job Summary:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient import operations for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the import operation, order fulfilment, documentation, ensure compliance and regulation, and coordinate between internal and external teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct orders process: contact partner for customers (internal & external) with regards to all questions concerning logistics and order fulfilment processes. Maintain a high level of customer and team satisfaction.
  • Container configuration (optimal logistic) & issue Proforma Invoice
  • Analysis GM (Gross Margin) per order
  • Contact with customers & Asia region team
  • Keep updated data base of direct customers (customers, products, price book, etc).
  • Follow up the whole direct orders process.
  • Direct contact with logistics / factories
  • Follow up times (manufacturing & delivery times)
  • Checking logistics documentation
  • Collection, management & credit exposure procedure for direct orders.
  • Coordinate with commercial, regulatory, technical, marketing & labelling team for any country request of direct orders.
  • Manage intercompany orders:
  • Contact with logistics/factories & follow up (manufacturing & export)
  • Collaborate with LCC (Local Customer Care in each country)
  • Container configuration & local stock needs
  • Logistic docs process
  • Collaborate with Supply &Operations Regional Manager.
  • Forecasting and S&OP needs for direct orders
  • Sales, receivables, discounts/rebates info for direct sales
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in logistics or any relevant field
  • Min 4 years of working experience in a similar field (or sales operations and order fulfilment)
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading & writing)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding skills, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges
  • Team-oriented
  • Able to show adaptability to the European culture and way of doing business
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Stock Control & management
  • Mandarin language (at least some level to communicate and check contracts) will be an added advantage
