• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor& Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Compulsory to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Highly fit with no prolong illnesses or any disabilities.
• Able to manage staff under supervision and follow the instructions by superior from time to time.
• Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status.
• Must able to work on shift basis and on public holiday.

Tanggungjawab

• Handle and entertain all the walk, call and write in customers queries or voices.
• Ensure sufficient Customer Care Assistants at all time.
• Lead the morning greeting at Main or any of the Mall highest traffic entrance.
• Update the important daily information to the Customer Care Assistants.
• Check the readiness of the Information Counters before the Mall opening.
• Compile the customers and tenants\xe2\x80\x99 voices.
• Update the Tenant Details for the Customer Service assistants\xe2\x80\x99 information.
• Manage the services provided at Information Counter.
• Visit tenants once a week to gather the latest information on tenants.
• Liaise with Florists or decorations.
• Plan with Sales Officer on the training and counseling sessions in order to improve morale and productivity of the Customer Service assistants.
• Conduct monthly survey at Mall or competitors in order to see their new services or facilities provided to the shoppers.
• Assist Promotion Supervisor and Sales Officer in handling promotional activities.
• Handle the car park manual pay station at Information Counter.
• Filing the Mall related information from any reading resources for Mall reference.
• Coordinating the local events in order to get support from the community.
• Developing good public relation with the local authority and small medium industries. Supporting and developing the local bazaar and activities.
