Working Hours & Schedule:

Monday - Friday:

(3 Rotational Shifts) Shift 2: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shift 3: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Shift 4: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

5 working days with

2 rotational days off

Role & Responsibilities:

As a

Customer Service Representative

, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and delivering effective solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

Customer Assistance:

Respond to inquiries related to tariffs, usage, accounts, and services.

Account Management:

Assist with reconnections, self-metering, and account updates.

Billing & Payment Support:

Help customers resolve billing, metering, and payment-related issues.

Energy Advisory:

Educate customers on energy efficiency, smart usage, and renewable energy options.

Service Requests:

Handle auto-debit setup, bill forecasting, and disconnection/reconnection requests.

Complaint Resolution:

Track and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Crisis Management:

Provide excellent service during escalations and ensure SLAs are met.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in any field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage pressure and provide solutions with a positive attitude
