Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via

live chat

and

email

in a professional, clear, and friendly manner. Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Understand company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations. Identify customer needs and guide them accordingly to achieve customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., technical support, billing) to resolve complex issues. Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with company policies, promotions, and system changes. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
