?Our client is a leading insurance provider for individual & business in Malaysia and internationally with a very professional workplace environment, and is looking for Customer Contact Associate for their organization.

Office is located at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (near LRT Masjid Jamek)

Shift Working Hour

:

To attend to inbound calls according to the SOP in resolving and providing solution to customers enquiries/requests in more effective and efficient way. To liaise effectively with other members of Call Centre, other departments and business partners to resolve enquiries/requests. To perform any ad-hoc task required by the position, as per superior's request.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
