Job Description

Position Objective:

Assisting and supporting team member to achieving objective of Make every customer interaction matter by connecting all Senheng business data across advertising, marketing, sales, commerce, and service.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintain in a persistent unified customer database

2. Create campaigns prediction for retargeting and 121 communication

3. Segmentation analysis with an analysis of historical data to find the best performing segments.

4. Support CRM initiatives including integrations, segmentation, activations, and list management.

5. Monitor data inputs/campaign performance from system

6. Generating Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

a) Weekly Report

b) Monthly Report

c) Project update

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
