Requirements

• 2- 3 years of experience in consultative sales, with a strong focus on solution-based selling.
• Language English is compulsory.
• In-depth knowledge of client products and services.
• Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, client relationship management, and effective use of CRM platforms.
• Related sales role within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Need to relocate work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls while consistently demonstrating effective sales techniques and delivering a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
• Utilize a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services that support business growth.
• Provide solutions within the defined scope of support (SOS), and when necessary, guide customers to third-party assistance or paid service options.
• Perform basic product troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently, aiming for resolution during the first contact.
• Achieve performance targets, including First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
