Work location: Kuala Lumpur

6months contract and subject to renewable / convertible

working hours : US shift basis (10pm -7am) - Mon to Friday

The Customer Engagement cum Telesales Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication, while actively supporting sales growth through telesales activities. This role involves engaging with existing and potential customers, promoting products or services, managing inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to engage potential and existing customers for product promotions, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions. Support sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate contact and interaction records. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to execute campaigns and achieve sales targets. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and related documentation. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups. Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and service quality. Prepare regular telesales and customer engagement reports for management review. Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

.

1-3 years

of experience in

telesales, inside sales, or customer engagement

roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Confident in handling outbound calls and achieving sales or engagement targets. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and familiar with

CRM systems

. Good command of

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is an advantage). Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
