Job Description


  • Have 2+ years of experience in online customer engagement, social media management, or related field.
  • Able converse in Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and other online engagement technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute online customer engagement strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email, and student community forum.
  • Update and work with Creative Director on course development to ensure the course is up to date and following latest trend in online education.
  • Monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and personalized manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop campaigns and promotions that engage and delight our customers.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, email, and other online channels.
  • Use data and analytics to track customer engagement metrics and continuously improve our online engagement strategies.
