What will make you successful:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Has 2-3 years of related working experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus.
