: Justification: New Headcount appointment/request for the Bridge Project at Johor to fulfill the support needs base on the project requirement to support the site for the T&C, maintenance, breakdown supports for 24x7x365 days in view of critical support for the large co-location data center opportunities. Site installations in Malaysia especially at Johor are growing rapidly driving the demand for high quality installation and service. We are looking for a Customer Engineer, to be based at Johor, for servicing and installing UPS Product primarily in Data Center environment. This position will provide a high level of technical support to external customers while working under minimal supervision. The focus will be to provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of UPS Product as well as diagnosing and repairing existing instruments in the field. The position will also require the ability to train users of the UPS Product on basic functionality of the system, as well as the ability to provide site support or from a remote location and customer support.

Implement and control workflow documents and maintain proper practices to keep track of these documents. Background / Experience Required: \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer Literate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Power Electronics) or equivalents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent customer service skills, presentable and professional at all time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter, ability to plan effectively, organize, and manage time effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Full valid driving license, GDL will be adding advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong bias on fault finding \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service - in potentially stressful situations \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with safety procedures and protocols \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess attitude with punctuality & communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivation, ability to work with minimum supervision and conscientious of work under own initiative. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding and experiencing handling electrical & electronics on operational scope. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competency in handling with industrial/data center equipment\'s. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 year(s) working experience in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical) or equivalent.
