• Provide top-notch support to our customer service team through phone, email, and social media channels.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify ways to improve our products and services.
• Work with other teams to implement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to sharpen your skills and knowledge.
• Be ready to tackle any additional tasks your superiors throw your way!

Education/ Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s degree program in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.

Extra Bonus Points:

• Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• A passion for working with others to deliver top-notch customer service
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude with a hunger for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
