About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Intern who's curious about automation and eager to learn how technology can simplify customer engagement.You'll support the Customer Success team in onboarding users, setting up automated workflows, and helping businesses get the most out of ChatDaddy's automation tools. This role is perfect if you enjoy figuring out how things work, helping people use tech effectively, and want hands-on SaaS experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Learn how ChatDaddy's automation features work and assist customers in using them
Support onboarding sessions and help clients set up automation templates
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, friendly guidance
Assist clients in resolving platform, automation, and AI-related issues
Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to share user feedback
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and automation adoption
What We're Looking For
Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
Strong communication skills in
English and Mandarin
(both spoken and written)
Tech-savvy and curious about automation and SaaS platforms
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
