Calon bertanggungjawab memastikan operasi harian berjalan lancar dengan fokus pada komunikasi, penyediaan barang, dokumentasi dan penyelarasan vendor/client.



Tugas Utama:



Menjawab panggilan interkom & pelanggan.



Mengurus email daripada client, vendor & supplier.



Menghubungi client, vendor & supplier untuk follow-up job.



Menyediakan barang untuk job, wrap barang & menyediakan consignment note.



Log dan update maklumat job dalam Trello setiap hari.



Menyediakan laporan Preventive Maintenance
