Job Description

Kumpool is a ride-pooling platform (demand-responsive transport) for the community. It works by gathering passengers\' bookings in real-time and then travel a route based on everyone\'s pick up and drop off stops. Passengers get to enjoy guaranteed seats and a comfortable ride at affordable rates. As a Customer Happiness Executive, you will:

• Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via various channels (live chats, social media, inbound phone calls, and emails)
• Be the owner of the customer feedback loop to internal functions to help create better products and help improve customer experience
• Ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty
• De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support as well as resolutions and advice as deemed appropriate
• Continuously identify work process improvements Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years in a customer service / support position
• Able to write and communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent team player
• Passionate about transforming mobility
• Willing to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needs

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:

• Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
