Job Responsibilities:-
  • To engage with our customers through phone, email, walk-in and social media
  • To manage e-marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee
  • To administer Customer Loyalty Programme
  • To procure sales through walk-in and phone enquiries
  • To manage Service Centre Operation
  • To take part in roadshows and exhibitions
  • To support and implement marketing activities such as updates in social media and website, sending out electronic direct mailers and SMS.
