Located in WP Kuala Lumpur, DNK has a state-of-the-art factory in Simpang Pulai, Perak. The company specializes in recovering precious metals from eWaste and refining them into gold, silver, and platinum bars. DNK is committed to delivering efficient and quality services to its esteemed partners. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Marketing Analyst. The Customer Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights, assessing customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role is based in WP Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills Experience in assessing customer satisfaction and providing customer support Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data and identify trends and insights Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the eWaste management industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
