About the Customer Marketing Analyst role...

In this role, you\'ll be working closely with our Customer, Product and Product Marketing teams to guide customers through initial activation activities to ensure smooth onboarding as well as triage at risk accounts and drive retention by keep proving the value of our product and services through key lifecycle programs. This role is perfect for a marketer passionate about customers and looking to build on their previous campaign management skills.
