Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customer master data structures and databases.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data through validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and enhance data quality.
- Implement data governance policies and practices to manage customer data lifecycle.
- Conduct data quality assessments and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize data management tools and technologies to streamline data processes.
- Proven experience in master data management, particularly with customer data.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database design.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MDM systems and data integration methodologies.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
