We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Operations Coordinator
. This role is essential to oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance for all shipments to
Sabah
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up shipment to Sabah to ensure compliance with SOPs and service timelines.
Respond to emails professionally and maintain effective internal communication.
Track and coordinate shipments for main accounts (Uniqlo, FedEx, Cold Chain, Lazada).
Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve delivery issues or delays.
Support couriers in daily operations and ensure proper documentation of all deliveries.
Escalate operational or compliance issues to the Operations Manager promptly.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, .
At least 1 -2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
Strong coordination, communication and reporting skills.
Able to work under pressure
