JOB DESCRIPTION



Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to final delivery and after-sales support. Process all incoming sales orders (POs) accurately, ensuring correct pricing, part numbers, and shipping details are recorded. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, product availability, and shipment tracking. Coordinate with the Production Planning team to confirm manufacturing schedules and communicate realistic delivery dates to customers. Prepare and generate professional sales quotes and proposals based on standard pricing and customer specifications. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer profiles, order history, and sales activity notes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
