Job Summary

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goal are met, customers\' expectations are fulfilled, and that customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the project plan baseline by defining the project scope, securing the necessary resources and plans, and monitoring all activities.
• Drive project execution by tracking project activities, monitoring and handling changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
• Handle customer and partner engagement by managing customer relationships, building confidence and trust, ensuring project progress, and arranging meetings and customer events.
• Handle project finance by ensuring financial system monitoring.
• Develop the business by participating in contract preparation and pre-sales meetings.
• Develop the CPM (Construction Project Management) discipline by simplifying processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum years of experience: 10-15 years in the telecommunications industry.
• RAN (Radio Access Network) Implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, persuading and influencing skills, leading and supervising, planning and organizing.
• Financial acuity and analysis skills, business understanding, consultative selling skills, customer and market insight, project management skills, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
