Responsible for handling all Customer queries from audit and complaints.
Represent company Quality on product development including Quality Plan.
Facilitate continuous improvement quality activities to reduce the potential for defects.
Review and discuss customer quality results.
Drives customer compliant resolution process, ensuring robustness of problem solving
Be key participant in CAPA Committee and Data Review Committee.
Interface to all related manufacturing section personnel from all areas of the company to foster improved quality.
Drive company on the cost reduction program
Lead or be key participant in preparation/evaluation of pFMEAs
Provides tactical supervision to all quality technicians and lab technicians, execution of a cross-training plan for Quality department, continued development of the team's skills and competencies.
Develop, implement, and audit inspection and test plans, standards and acceptance criteria, and procedures/work instructions.
Collaborate across all manufacturing teams to build a comprehensive solution and strategy on the existing problem and issues feedback by Customer.
Develop and analyze statistical and product/process performance data to recommend and implement improvements.
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing as Customer Quality or Support Engineer Experience in Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
Knowledge in sheet metal fabrication, welding and powder coating or surface treatment.
Green belt certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8D and DMAIC
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
