:-

Attending and verifying customer Warranty Claim (from Proton, Perodua, Toyota)

Timely provide customer feedback on Warranty Analysis.

Verifying defective parts return.

Provide feedback to JB HQ on defective part verification results.

Attending to customer complaint & service of company product.

Conduct audit on part's complaint & provide training to customer on company product range.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month

Experience:

automotive industries: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
