1. Analyzes sets of data in order to provide insight along with the objective to increase customer retention and return frequency by collecting and organizing data about customer interactions, making it accessible and actionable for all, and facilitating analysis of that data.
2. Prepares weekly, monthly and yearly reports to monitor the result in line to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing program and propose recommendation to superior.
3. Plans the whole customer journey through marketing automation ranging from data filtering, data sorting, testing and caption customization to ensure customer effectively targeted in order to turn them into active customer.
4. Collaboration with external BI Company to discuss or monitor the development of special custom reporting to ensure reporting accuracy and efficiency.
5. Collaboration with external business solution vendor in daily basis related to development project to accommodate for customer's satisfaction and better customer experience.
6. Monitors customer database by updating customer data daily basis to ensure data completeness and data consistency.
7. Initiates PDPA Control and data ownership by ensuring data being encrypted with password during data passing to third parties. Initiates data security thru encrypt laptop/PC with password and lock mode when away.
8. Initiates governance roles on loyalty card usage by checking abnormal transactions by staff every month to avoid misuse issue.
9. Plans and conducts yearly and adhoc surveys includes questionnaire design, customer data preparation/ filtering, data compiling and generate actionable insights.
10. Prepare custom reports to be present during Business Review Meeting with supplier by demonstrate PlusOne Portfolio result to portray the supplier's marketing performance.
11. Assists enquiries from SBU team thru various contact channels include email, phone call and whatsapp to ensure daily operation runs smoothly.
12. Compiles department weekly or monthly payment submission to FRT Department within the dateline to ensure the payment being paid to respective vendor along the datelines.
13. Monitor the expenses usage within department to avoid any excess in spending by compiling department weekly or monthly broadcast report and submit to superior for tracking.
14. Prepare PlusOne Replacement Warranty Waive and during showroom grand opening and responsible for gift card stock transfer arrangement within SBU team occasionally.
15. Prepares and drafts standard operating policies for customer relations department to ensure all outlets follow within the parameters.
Other responsibilities
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in CRM in the retail industry. Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
CRM knowledge is essential.
Good communication skills, both oral & written in Chinese, English and Bahasa.
Competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Acess, Powerpoint) and numerical analysis skills would be added advantage
Able to work effectively and support business leaders to capitalize and turn data into competitive advantage
